Happy Hormones MD would like to announce that we have transitioned to a new software, AdvancedMD. We want to say we’re sorry! We were hoping this transition would be much smoother for our staff and patients. Happy Hormones has taken great strides to provide a new system to benefit our patients. This includes a seamlessly integrated and unified system that will allow a personalized approach to each patient, ensuring our practice’s and our patient’s health and security. The previous system, Practice Fusion, is no longer in use at our practice.
We now offer a new patient portal through AdvancedMD. You can register with the new patient portal once you have completed our intake through AdvancedMD and completed the necessary steps to become a Happy Hormones patient. We are asking all patients to fill out all corresponding paperwork before your appointments. This includes Consent to Obtain Medical History, Consent to Use of PHI, Informed Consent BHRT, Adult History, Questionnaire. These forms are made accessible through the Patient Portal. We urge you to use your AdvancedMD Patient Portal services, which will allow you to pay your monthly membership fee, message staff regarding medical concerns, labs, scheduling, refills, etc. We are still in the early phases but continue to build the online Patient Portal for easy access. We truly apologize for any inconvenience and are working diligently to ensure that our patients have the dedicated care and personalized experience you deserve. We genuinely value our patients and appreciate your patience during this transitory phase!
